MT Abram
August 14th, 2009 by Powder Pig
Just East of Bethel in Locke Mills, MT Abram is a hidden gem in the Western Maine Mountains.
The Ski Area has a family atmosphere that has been lost at many over developed resorts.
MT Abram has instituted Boundary To Boundary skiing and riding policy. Ski anywhere you want within the 1150 Vertical Ft. Ski Resort. From great groomer trails for every level rider. Backcountry forested areas packed with powder stashes, big steeps and cliff drops to thrill the most experienced of riders.
Snowmaking & Grooming are a priority at this mountain. Maine gets lots of snow every ski season, but a world class grooming program just ads to a great experiance.
MT Abram Highlights Include:
Adult & Kids Ski Schools
Daycare Programs
Terrain Parks for learning Snowboard Tricks
Demo and Rental Center For Skiers & Snowboarders
