Powder Ridge

Unfortunately Powder Ridge has suffered from fewer visitors over the last decade. They where forced to close, but there is a concerted effort to restore and reopen the small ski area.
In the 1970's and 1980's Powder Ridge buzzed with skiers day and night during the ski season. They boasted a duel chair lift that was the way ski resort moved lots a skiers before high speed quads.
With the larger ski areas north in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine building modern facilities and updating chair lift it appears this local ski area just could not survive.
We are keeping a close eye on the situation and update when we hear something.
